How can I use my charging credit?

Charging credit that is assigned to your account, will be used automatically. There are a few things to note, so you exactly know what you can expect.

• Charging credit is valid in one country only. Example: you can have €10 of charging credits in the Netherlands, but also €5 in Belgium. These amounts are only valid in their respective countries.

• You must have a valid payment method in your account. Even if your entire charging session can be covered with your balance, you still need a valid payment method as a back-up.

• If you use an EV charge card to pay for charging, your balance can only be used if the entire charging session can be covered with the balance. It is not possible to partially pay with balance, and partially with an EV charge card.

If you received charging credit, the Fastned app shows information about the remaining balance. This is how you access it:

1. Open the Fastned app and make sure you are logged in.

2. Tap My wallet.

3. If you have charging credit, you will see it on this screen.

4. Tap the country for which you want to see more details.
