Deleting your Fastned account

If you would like to submit a request for account and data deletion, you can do so in the Fastned app. Please follow the steps below.

1. Open the Fastned app.

2. Go to Profile, followed by My settings.

3. Tap Delete account.

4. Read the instructions on your screen, and confirm your choice by selecting I agree.

5. Tap Request account deletion.

If you are eligible for account deletion, all personal data will be removed within 30 days.
