Managing and adding extra users
The Fastned app offers the possibility to add extra users to your account. These extra users will be managed by the main user. All invoicing, payment, and vehicle related settings are managed by the main user.
Adding extra users
As a main user, you can invite others to join your account. The extra user will get their own login details.
Here's how to invite them:
Open the Fastned app and make sure you are logged in.
Tap My settings.
Tap Users.
Select Add user.
Fill in the first name and the phone number of the extra user, and select Save.
The extra user is now invited. They have received an SMS with a temporary password. This password can be used once, after which the extra user may add their own password.
All charging expenses will be invoiced through the main account.
Managing extra users
The Fastned app shows an overview of all users added to your account. You also have the possibility to remove extra users. Here's how:
Open the Fastned app and make sure you are logged in.
Tap My settings.
Tap Users.
Here, you'll find a list of all extra users. If you want to remove an extra user, simply tap their name, and select Delete user.
