Payment methods in the Fastned app
We want to make it as easy as possible to pay for your charging sessions at Fastned. You can add your payment method to the Fastned app to unlock all the features it has to offer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
For credit cards in the Fastned app, we accept Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. We accept the following payment methods per country:

How do I add a new payment method?
It's easy to add your new payment method to the Fastned app. Follow these steps:
Open the Fastned app.
Tap the Profile menu.
Go to My wallet.
Now, select Add payment method.
Choose your preferred payment method, and enter its details*.
Confirm that your payment method is added under the My wallet section.
*For bank accounts and credit cards, we reserve a small amount to verify your account. This will be refunded automatically within 40 days.
I have an issue with adding my credit card or bank account
If you encounter an issue with adding your payment method, please try these solutions:
Try adding your payment method again.
For credit cards, make sure that 3D Secure is turned on. Contact your bank for more information.
Make sure that the verification payment has gone through. It may take a moment for us to process this if the payment was successful.
If your bank shows an error or does not allow you to perform the verification payment, please contact the bank for assistance.
