How can I start my charging session?

Starting a charging session is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Follow these steps:

1. Activate the charger using the Fastned app, a charge card or another payment method.

2. Connect the charger to your vehicle. Big tip: make sure to support the connector until the communication with your vehicle has been established.

3. Wait until the charger and the vehicle have established a proper connection. This may take 60 seconds.
