Getting a receipt or invoice for your charging session
Depending on how you paid for your charging session, you can obtain your receipt or invoice online or in the Fastned app.
How did you authorise your charging session?
Payment terminal (contactless payment)
Open our receipt website, receipt.fastnedcharging.com.
Enter the details in the form.
Download the PDF of your receipt.
Did you get an error message? Just shoot us an email with a proof of payment including the transaction details, and we'll help you out.
Adding company details
It is important to note that company details cannot be added to receipts outside of Italy. For invoices that include company details, please utilise the Fastned app for charging, as it will automatically generate invoices containing this information. For receipts from Italian charging stations, you may request them by sending an email.
Fastned app or Autocharge
Charging sessions paid for through the Fastned app will be invoiced automatically. You will receive an invoice in the first week of the next month. We will collect the invoice automatically from your linked payment method. You can find your invoices here:
Open the Fastned app.
Go to Profile > My invoices.
During the month, you can already view your charging history and the associated costs. Open the Fastned app and go to Profile > Charging history.
Online payment
Did you pay for your charging session using our website? Please shoot us an email with a proof of payment including the transaction details, and we'll help you out.
EV charge card
Your EV charge card provider handles the payment. Please reach out to your EV charge card provider for more information about invoicing and payments.
